Devotional:

In Galatians 1:10, Paul writes, “For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.”

This verse reminds us that as followers of Christ, our actions and motivations should be centered on pleasing God, not man. It can be easy to get caught up in seeking validation and approval from others, but ultimately it is God’s approval that we should be seeking.

Today, let us take a moment to reflect on our actions and motivations. Are we seeking the approval of man, or are we seeking to please God? Let us strive to live our lives in a way that honors and glorifies Him, knowing that our true identity and worth comes from Him alone.
