In the book of Acts, we see the early believers giving generously to support the needs of others in the community. They didn’t do it out of obligation or expectation of receiving something in return. They gave with joyful hearts as an act of worship to God.

When we give, we are acknowledging that everything we have comes from God. We are showing gratitude for His provision and trusting in His faithfulness to continue to meet our needs. Giving is a tangible way to express our love and devotion to Him.

As we reflect on the sacrificial giving of Jesus, who gave His life for us, we are inspired to give generously and cheerfully. Let us remember that giving is not just about money or possessions, but a reflection of our heart posture towards God.

May our giving be an act of worship, bringing glory and honor to His name. Let us give with joy and thanksgiving, knowing that God sees and blesses our sacrificial generosity.
