In today’s world, the concept of submission is often viewed as a negative thing. We equate it with giving up control, losing our freedom, and being oppressed. But the truth is, submitting to God is actually a paradoxical freedom.

When we submit to God, we are acknowledging His sovereignty and authority in our lives. We are choosing to surrender our will and desires to His perfect plan for us. In doing so, we are released from the burden of trying to control every aspect of our lives and are able to experience true freedom in Christ.

Submitting to God means trusting in His wisdom and goodness, even when we don’t understand His ways. It means letting go of our own agenda and allowing God to work in and through us for His glory.

As we yield to God’s will and submit to His guidance, we find that His plans for us are far greater than anything we could have imagined for ourselves. We are able to experience the fullness of life that God intended for us, walking in obedience and joy.

So let us embrace the paradoxical freedom that comes from submitting to God. Let us lay down our pride and selfish desires, and humbly surrender to His loving and perfect will. In doing so, we will find true freedom and fulfillment in Christ.
