In our interconnected world, communication is integral to our daily lives. From the words we share to the messages we receive, each interaction shapes our thoughts, emotions, and relationships. However, the Bible cautions us to guard our hearts—especially in how we engage with others.
Boundaries in communication aren’t just about saying "no" to unhealthy exchanges; they also involve discerning what to welcome into our hearts. This means being mindful of the conversations we entertain, the media we consume, and the influences we allow to shape our beliefs and emotions.
What does it mean to guard your heart in communication?

Discernment: Ask yourself: Are the conversations you’re having uplifting and constructive? Surround yourself with those who encourage and challenge you in your faith.
