Devotional: Empowered Voices: Rising Women in Leadership

Proverbs 31:25-26 (NIV): “She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come. She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue.”
Reflection:
In a world that often seeks to silence voices or underestimate the contributions of women, the rise of women in leadership roles is a powerful testament to the strength and resilience instilled in each of us by God. We see this exemplified in the Proverbs 31 woman, who embodies strength, dignity, wisdom, and faithfulness. Such attributes are not merely qualities; they are the very fabric of empowered leadership.
Empowerment Through Purpose:
Each of us is created with a divine purpose, and part of that purpose may involve leadership. Whether in our families, workplaces, or communities, women are called to lead with courage and compassion.
