In a shocking turn of events, Ismail Usman, a local herbalist in the Federal Capital Territory, has been hospitalized after a misguided attempt to test a self-created ‘bulletproof’ charm. On November 23, Usman reportedly discharged a shotgun at himself, believing that the charm could protect him from harm.
