Devotional: United in His Love: A Journey Toward Racial Reconciliation

Reflection:
As followers of Christ, we are called to step outside the comfort of our individual experiences and engage in the larger story of humanity. The journey toward racial reconciliation is a profound aspect of living out our faith. It invites us to recognize our differences while celebrating the unity we have in Jesus. The apostle Paul reminds us that in Christ, we are made new; our old identities that are rooted in division and strife are transformed into a community marked by love and understanding.
In a world that often highlights divides, our faith beckons us to unite. This unity is not merely a passive agreement but an active choice to seek understanding and empathy across cultures, ethnicities, and histories. Each of us carries stories shaped by our backgrounds and environments, and in acknowledging these differences, we foster a deeper understanding of God’s creation and His diverse handiwork.
