Devotional: United in Faith – A Journey of Deepening Love and Closer Walk with God
Scripture Reading: Ephesians 4:3-6 (NIV)
"Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all."
Reflection:
In a world often characterized by division and discord, the call to unity in faith resonates deeply. The Apostle Paul writes to the Ephesians, urging them to maintain the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. This instruction is not merely about maintaining harmonious relationships but is a profound invitation to deepen our connection with God and with one another.
As we journey through life, we are faced with challenges that can distract us from our purpose and pull us away from the community of believers. Yet, when we choose to focus on our shared hope in Christ, our hearts are united in love. It is through this unity that we experience the fullness of God’s presence—drawing us closer to Him and to each other.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of unity in faith, for being our one Lord and guiding us by Your Spirit. Help me to recognize the areas in my life where I may have created barriers—either intentionally or unintentionally. Give me the courage to reach across those divides, not with my strength but with the love that You have poured into my heart.
I pray for my faith community, Lord. Help us to grow together in Your love, to support one another, and to bear each other’s burdens.
