Scripture Reflection:
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” – John 14:27 (NIV)
Introduction: Setting Your Space
Begin by finding a quiet place where you feel comfortable. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position. Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs with calm, and exhale slowly through your mouth, letting go of tension and worries.

Inhale God’s Presence:
As you breathe deeply, imagine inhaling the presence of God. Visualize His love surrounding you like a warm, comforting blanket. Feel the weight of your burdens begin to lift with each breath. Affirm to yourself: “I am loved. I am worthy of peace.” -
Release Your Worries:
With each exhale, visualize letting go of your worries. Picture them drifting away like leaves on a gentle stream. Speak these words softly to yourself: “I release my fears. I trust in God’s plan for me.” Allow this release to bring a sense of lightness and relief. -
Embody Peace:
Now, focus on the word “peace.” Repeat it silently: “Peace… peace… peace…” Let its meaning sink deep into your heart. Imagine this peace filling every part of your being, dispelling negativity and anxiety. Reflect on how this peace is not like the world offers—fragile and fleeting—but as a deep, unshakeable calm gifted by God. -
Scriptural Affirmation:
Reflect on John 14:27. Let the promise of Jesus’ peace wash over you. Say to yourself:- “I am not troubled.”

Allow these affirmations to resonate within you, anchoring your spirit firmly in the assurance of God’s grace.

Picture yourself walking through a serene garden, surrounded by lush greenery and blooming flowers. Hear the soft rustle of the leaves, feel the warm sun on your skin. Conclude your meditation with a prayer. Speak to God as you would a trusted friend:
