Opening Prayer

Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV): "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Take a moment to breathe deeply, grounding yourself in the present. Feel the air fill your lungs and release any tension as you exhale.
Reflect on this promise from God. He knows your heart, your struggles, and your dreams. Feel the warmth of His love surrounding you, reminding you that you are not alone in your search for purpose.
Pause for a minute, focusing on your breath. With each inhale, invite the Holy Spirit to fill you with clarity. With each exhale, let go of doubts and fears.
