The interest in AI integration within messaging platforms has increased dramatically, and the company is now positioned to cater to these new demands by enabling companies to provide chatbots and AI services through popular messaging apps.

"We still love our sales customers, but do we build on what we have, or transform into a hub for this burgeoning AI market?" mused CEO Elliott Potter. By addressing what many consumers face—app fatigue—Linq’s technology allows users to engage with intelligent AI assistants without the need for additional applications.

With a customer base expanding by 132% in just a quarter and the facilitation of over 30 million messages each month, Linq’s growth is noteworthy. This surge prompted the startup to raise $20 million in Series A funding, earmarked for further technological development and team expansion.

While the outlook appears bright, it’s important to consider the sustainability of building on another company’s platform. As Potter notes, "Our goal extends beyond messaging; we aspire to create a comprehensive conversational tech ecosystem, reaching customers on platforms like Slack, WhatsApp, and more."
