The project expertly utilizes a 600-square-meter south-facing plot, laid out in nine identical modules that create a staggered east-west axis. This thoughtful arrangement not only preserves existing trees on the property but also maximizes natural light and views, fostering a deeper connection between the home and its surroundings.
