“Be still, and know that I am God.” Seven words etched in eternity—Psalms 46:10. A command, a promise, a refuge. In the stormy chaos of life, it thunders like a war drum. Be still.

Stillness—a defiance against the whirlwind of noise. The heart rages, the mind races, yet peace stands at the door, waiting. Embrace the silence. Let it shatter chains, break barriers. In stillness, the soul exhales.

Know Him. The Creator of breath, the whisperer of stars. He speaks in the silence, His voice softer than a breeze, yet more piercing than a sword. Awareness ignites—a divine encounter set ablaze in quietude.

“My fortress,” He proclaims. In knowing, we surrender. Walls crumble; fears dissolve. Anchored in His presence, the storms may howl, but peace—unshakeable, unbreakable—reigns.

To know God is to find rest—not the absence of trouble, but the presence of divine assurance. A relentless calm amid chaos. Embrace it, for it transforms. It is strength, it is life-breathing revelation.

Be still—the sacred pause. It’s not an escape; it’s a return. Return to the essence, to the heart beating in sync with our Creator. To know, truly know, is to be found, to be free.

In the stillness, we are utterly known. Here, transformation begins. Faith ignites. The world may spin, but in His presence, we find the rhythm of peace. An unshakable truth echoes: “I am God.”

Life awaits in those seven words. Live them. Embrace them. In the stillness, find the roar of your soul’s revelation. Be still and know.
