Devotional: Purposeful Pathways – A Journey of Living with Intention
Scripture Reflection: Proverbs 16:9 (NIV)
"In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps."
Devotional Thought:
Life can often feel like a winding path filled with unexpected turns, steep inclines, and beautiful vistas. Each day presents us with choices, challenges, and opportunities to live with intention. "Purposeful Pathways" invites us to reflect on our journey, grounding ourselves in the truth that while we may have our plans, it is ultimately the Lord who directs our steps.
To live with intention means to approach each day with purpose, focusing not just on what we want to achieve, but on how our choices align with God’s will for our lives. This journey is about more than just our personal aspirations; it is about seeking to reflect Christ in our daily actions and decisions.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for the path You have set before me. Help me to be intentional in my choices and to align my plans with Your divine purpose. Open my heart to Your direction, and give me the courage to follow where You lead. Help me to embrace the journey, trusting that You are with me in every step I take. May my life reflect Your love and grace, and may I be a vessel to share Your light in the world. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.

This week, take time to be still and listen to God’s voice in your life. Set aside a few moments each day for prayer and meditation. Consider keeping a journal to note the ways in which you feel God is guiding you. Write down your intentions for the day and reflect on how they align with God’s purpose for you.
