Love Like Jesus

Love One Another

Jesus showed us the ultimate example of love when He sacrificed Himself for us. His love is unconditional, selfless, and unending. As His followers, we are called to love one another in the same way.

1. Love is patient and kind.

2. Love does not envy or boast.

3. Love is not arrogant or rude.

4. Love does not insist on its own way.

5. Love is not irritable or resentful.

6. Love does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth.

7. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. (1 Corinthians 13:4-7)

Love Your Enemies

Jesus also taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. This kind of love goes beyond what the world expects, and it can only come from a heart transformed by God’s grace.

– Pray for those who hurt you

– Show kindness to those who mistreat you

– Forgive as you have been forgiven
