Leading with Integrity

As leaders, it’s important for us to lead with integrity, holding ourselves to a high standard of honesty and moral uprightness. In Proverbs 11:3, it says, “The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity.” When we lead with integrity, we set a positive example for those under our care and create a culture of trust and respect.

Effective Communication

One of the key skills of a good leader is effective communication. In Colossians 4:6, it says, “Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.” As leaders, we should strive to communicate with grace and clarity, ensuring that our message is understood and received well by those we lead.
