Short Bible Answers: Money
God’s Provision
Money can be a source of stress and worry, but as believers, we can trust in God’s provision. He promised to meet our needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). When we seek first His kingdom and righteousness, we can have confidence that He will take care of us (Matthew 6:33).
Stewardship
God has entrusted us with resources, and He expects us to be faithful stewards. This means managing our money wisely, being generous, and using what we have to advance His kingdom. We are called to be good stewards of everything He has given us, including our finances (1 Corinthians 4:2).
Contentment
It’s easy to fall into the trap of always wanting more money and possessions, but true contentment is found in God alone. We are to be content with what we have, knowing that godliness with contentment is great gain (1 Timothy 6:6). Our focus should be on serving God, not pursuing wealth.
