Dear Heavenly Father,
I come before you in humble reverence, recognizing that I am called to have the same mindset as Christ Jesus, who being in very nature God, did not consider equality with you something to be used to his own advantage. Instead, he made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.
Lord, help me to embody the selflessness and humility of Jesus in my own life. Teach me to put others before myself, to serve with a willing heart, and to seek the good of those around me. Help me to let go of my own desires and ambitions, and to instead focus on the needs of others, just as Jesus did.
I pray for the strength and grace to live out the example of Christ, even when it is difficult or goes against my natural instincts. May my thoughts, words, and actions reflect the love and sacrifice of Jesus, so that others may see your light shining through me.
