Dear God,
I come to you today with a heavy heart, seeking the truth that will set me free. As it says in John 8:32, “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” Lord, I ask for your guidance and wisdom to help me discern the truth in all areas of my life. I pray that you would reveal your truth to me, so that I may experience the freedom that comes from knowing and embracing it.
I confess that there are times when I have been deceived by lies and falsehoods. Help me to recognize and reject these lies, and instead embrace the liberating truth that comes from you. Give me the strength to stand firm in the face of deception and to always seek after your truth, no matter how difficult it may be.
I also pray for the courage to live out the truth in my daily life, even when it is unpopular or challenging. Help me to be a beacon of truth and integrity in my interactions with others, and to always speak and live in accordance with your truth.
