Dear Heavenly Father,
As I come before you in prayer, I am reminded of the incredible sacrifice that your Son, Jesus, made for me. In 1 Peter 2:24, it says that “He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds, you have been healed.”
Father, I am grateful for the love and grace that you have shown me through Jesus’ sacrifice. I admit that I am a sinner and in need of your forgiveness.
