Devotional: Overflowing Blessings – Embracing God’s Favor in Every Season
Scripture Reading:
“Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding; for she is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold.” (Proverbs 3:13-14, NIV)
Reflection:
Life presents us with an array of seasons—some filled with joy and abundance, others shrouded in challenges and uncertainty. Yet, in every season, God’s favor is upon us, waiting for us to recognize and embrace the overflowing blessings He has in store. Just as the changing seasons do not alter the presence of the sun, our circumstances do not diminish God’s unchanging goodness and love.
Think for a moment: even in the cold of winter, there are whispers of hope in budding flowers and the promise of warmth to come. Similarly, during trials—be it in our personal lives, our relationships, or our work—God’s blessings can often feel like they are hidden from our view.
