Meditation Devotional: Hearts Aligned

Opening Affirmation

Invitation to Stillness

Find a comfortable position, seated or lying down, where you can relax without distraction. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, holding it for a moment before gently releasing it through your mouth. With each breath, feel yourself entering a place of deep calm and serenity.

Centering the Heart

As you settle into this moment, bring your awareness to your heart center. Imagine a warm light glowing softly within you, radiating peace and love. With each inhale, envision this light expanding, enveloping your entire being. With each exhale, release any worries or tensions that may be weighing on your heart.

Connecting with the Divine
