Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose, holding it for a moment before exhaling slowly through your mouth. Let go of any tension, allowing your body to soften with each breath.

As you breathe, let your awareness settle on the present moment. Feel the air enter your lungs and fill your being with life and peace. With every exhale, release any worries or burdens you’ve carried. This is your time, a sacred moment to connect with grace and humility.

Reflection: The Nature of Grace and Humility

In your heart, reflect on the concept of grace. Grace is an unmerited gift, something we receive without earning or striving for it. Allow yourself to ponder how grace flows abundantly from the universe and is deep within you, waiting to be acknowledged and embraced.
