Mindfulness and Meditation Devotional

Be Still and Know

In the midst of our busy lives, it’s easy to get caught up in the chaos and lose sight of what truly matters. Mindfulness and meditation allow us to quiet our minds and focus on God’s presence in our lives.

As we meditate on God’s word and reflect on His goodness, we are reminded of His faithfulness and love for us. The practice of mindfulness allows us to be fully present in the moment, appreciating the blessings that God has given us.

By being still and knowing that He is God, we can find peace and strength in His presence, no matter what challenges we may face.
