Whether it\u2019s substance abuse, compulsive behaviors, or other unhealthy patterns, the struggle is real, and the desire for freedom can seem out of reach. However, as Christians, we hold onto a powerful promise: Jesus Christ is in the business of setting us free.<\/p>\n

Understanding Addiction<\/h3>\n

Addiction can manifest in various forms\u2014drugs, alcohol, gambling, technology, and even food. At its core, it is a means of escape, an attempt to numb pain, fill voids, or meet unmet needs.
