Reflection:<\/strong>
\nIn a world fraught with division and conflict, the call to compassion can often feel overwhelming. We are surrounded by disagreements\u2014be they personal, social, or political\u2014and our natural instinct may be to defend our own positions fiercely. However, as followers of Christ, we are invited to a higher calling: the calling to bridge gaps and mend hearts through understanding and compassion.<\/p>\n

Compassion is more than just feeling sympathy for someone else\u2019s struggles; it is about taking action to alleviate suffering. When conflict arises, our immediate reaction might be to draw lines, to take sides, or to heighten tensions. Yet, Jesus exemplified a different approach.
