This program was designed specifically to provide comprehensive, affordable healthcare to low-income adults and children in California sitting just above the Medi-Cal threshold. <\/p>\n

Since its launch in November, the program has aimed to fill a crucial gap\u2014serving those who earn too much for government assistance but not enough to afford private insurance.
