You don&#8217;t have to run marathons every week. Take a moment to reflect on what motivates you, what activities you enjoy, and start small. Perhaps it&#8217;s a brisk morning walk, a gentle yoga session, or cycling around your neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Small Steps<\/strong>: Aim for consistency over quantity.
