He is rude, scruffy, and looks half asleep. Season after season, the slow horses end up being the ones who save the day. The polished people at headquarters make the plans. The rejects in the back office clean up the mess &mdash; and usually notice the thing everyone upstairs missed.<\/p>\n\n<p>Why does that land so well?
